Mcloya handles our clients with a customer-oriented focus, providing timely resolution to various issues while delivering meaningful interactions that allow them to feel supported and confident in their day-to-day operations. Our Story
McLoya Business Solutions started from the passion for community and giving back. Our story begins with the founder, Diana McBride, and stemmed from a hobby of helping people in her community with their businesses and accounting needs. Diana has worked in the tax and accounting industry for 13 years. She began to provide bookkeeping services for close friends and family as a free service to her loved ones. This hobby grew into a full business, with McBride’s mother and best friend as her first employees. With the onset of the pandemic, the United States saw an influx of new businesses. It was during this time family, friends, and their referrals would plead for assistance. Working mostly for free, Diana would help properly launch businesses, assist with implementing a structure, and partner with owners to find funding and balance. With the pandemic wreaking havoc on the economy and unemployment rates, starting a business became a means of survival for most. Business owners were looking for assistance in navigating this new scary world of uncertainty. In 2022, McBride quit her full-time job as a staff accountant and decided to dedicate her time to offering her clients something more, Partnership. Now with a team of five employees, she dedicates her time to providing bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services to her clients. Following in her footsteps, we don’t simply provide services to our clients, we also partner with them to legally launch their structure, become financially stable, and be a part of a network of services that are sure to help businesses grow.
